Do you offer Free Shipping?
At AGARA, we are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $500 within the United States.
We currently ship domestically within the U.S. only.Agara ships from multiple warehouse locations, which may result in slight variations in shipping times.AGARA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing.The shipping timeline begins once your order has been processed.Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each package via email.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Shipping Times in the United States:
UPS Ground Shipping (Free for Orders Over $500): Arrives in 5-7 business days after processing.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Arrives within 2 business days after processing.
UPS Next Day Air: Arrives within 1 business day for orders placed before 1 PM PST.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control. RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Agara piece! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. If you are unable to send in your return within 14 days, you may return the item within 30 days of the fulfillment date for store credit.
Please note that we do not accept returns beyond the specified return window.
What items are eligible for returns?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at returns@shopagara.com to initiate your return. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
We take great care to ensure the quality of each piece before it leaves our hands, inspecting every item thoroughly before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at returns@shopagara.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: Claims for damages or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must remain in its original, unused condition. We reserve the right to deny claims if the damage appears to have occurred after delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-6 weeks from the date we receive the returned item. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
